Caitlin serves as Estate Planning Paralegal and Marketing Coordinator at Great Lakes Family Probate & Estates, where she combines her organizational expertise with a passion for client service and strategic communication. She plays an integral role in preparing comprehensive estate plans and ensuring that each client’s experience with the firm is smooth, thoughtful, and well-coordinated. Her ability to blend technical precision with clear, approachable communication allows her to support both clients and the firm’s broader outreach efforts.

Before entering the legal field, Caitlin worked for four years as a Chef de Partie at a fine dining restaurant in Kalamazoo, where she led a team and helped manage kitchen operations. That experience sharpened her attention to detail, time management, and leadership skills, qualities she now brings to her work in estate planning.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business, majoring in Leadership and Business Strategy.

Outside the office, Caitlin enjoys gardening, backpacking, cooking and developing new recipes, and baking. She especially values time spent outdoors with her young son and energetic dog. Her appreciation for growth, creativity, and thoughtful planning carries through both her professional and personal life.
